Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dv999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dv999 website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, payment systems, promotional programmes, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

Eligibility & Age Restriction

One Account Policy

Account Security

Account Information Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

• Full legal name must match the name on your payment method(s).
• Date of birth must be accurate and verifiable against official ID.
• Contact details (email and phone) must be valid and actively monitored by you.
• Payment method details must belong to you personally — third-party payment methods are not permitted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

dv999 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT where applicable. All amounts below are indicative and subject to change; current limits are always displayed within the dv999 account cashier section.

Currency & Exchange

The dv999 Platform operates primarily in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. dv999 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Displayed balances in your dv999 account are in BDT unless you have specifically selected USDT as your account currency.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

Prohibited Bonus Behaviour

Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotional terms. Bonus funds not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Sports Betting Rules

• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward dv999 staff or other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their dv999 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is processed immediately upon request and takes priority over all other procedures.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all outstanding bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and promotional entitlements are forfeited. Any unauthorised use of dv999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action. Limitation of Liability
